What is your return policy?
Nothing But What accepts returns within 30 days from date of sale for items returned in new, unused condition, and returned in their original package.  We will gladly credit the original credit card or PayPal account for items returned in new, unused condition. Personalized items may not be returned unless damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns on “Close-Out” or "Clearance" purchases. All “Close-Out” or "Clearance" purchases are final.  
For replacement items due to defect, we will send you a new one at our cost upon receipt of the defective item.  We will refund you the shipping cost for returning it back to us when we receive the defective item(s).

If a partial return of an order is sent back resulting in the order no longer qualifying for the Free Shipping offer for purchases of $99.00 or more, the amount refunded will be the cost of the item returned as outlined above minus the applicable shipping charges that would have been applicable for an order less than the $99.00.
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return or exchange back to Nothing But What.
Exchange. Nothing But What does not offer direct exchanges. Instead, first complete the return process described above for the original item(s). Then, place a new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement.
Misship or Incorrect Shipments. If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly.
Refusal of Shipments. If you refuse the delivery of your package from the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the package to Nothing But What.

Use whichever shipping method you prefer. Upon receipt of the item, we will re-send exchanged item to you at no additional charge or we will issue a refund, whichever you prefer. Include a copy of your order/invoice and a note stating what size/style you would like to exchange for or that you wish to receive a refund. For refunds, we refund the cost of the item only. We do not refund shipping and handling cost.
How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order once it has been placed. Make sure you review the items in your cart prior to submitting your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Do you offer gift wrap?
Nothing But What offers gift wrapping for many of our products (except oversized items or those that ship separately). Gift wrap is just $4.95 per item. To have an item gift wrapped, choose this option from the Shopping Cart page just before you check out. You can also enter a free gift message on that page. And rest assured: the price you've paid for your items will not appear in your shipment.
Do you have a printed catalog?
Nothing But What does not have a printed catalog at this time. However, feel free to shop by Category or by Character for an easier shopping experience! You may also use the search box located at the top of each page and then narrow the results (on the left) to find what you want.
How do I place an order?
If you are a new customer to Nothing But What, you may begin shopping by finding an item that you wish to purchase and simply click on the button to the right of the item that says "add to cart," this will add the item to your cart. You may continue shopping and adding items to your shopping cart. Once you are finished adding the item(s) you wish to purchase, begin the checkout process by clicking on the green Checkout button located next to your shopping cart. This will walk you through the entire checkout process and you will receive the order confirmation/receipt.
Is it safe to place an order online with Nothing But What?
Nothing But What Guarantees your shopping experience with us is 100% safe. We use proven encryption software and technology to secure your transactions with Nothing But What so that credit card information cannot be read by unauthorized parties as it travels over the Internet. This is the same encryption technology used by banks, restaurants, hotels, stockbrokers, and department stores.

What payment methods do you accept?
Nothing But What accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout and PayPal. International Checkout is not available.
Does Nothing But What charge sales tax?
Products shipped to an address located in California will be charged sales tax. The current sales tax rate in California is 8.75%. All products shipped to addresses outside of the state of California will not be charged sales tax.
What shipping options do you offer?
The shipping options we offer are: USPS Parcel Post, Priority Mail, Standard Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Business Day, and Overnight (if available in your area). While checking out, you will have the chance to review your shipping options prior to entering credit card information.
What are the timeframes for delivery?
While checking out online you will choose your shipping method prior to entering credit card information. Economy ground usually takes 3-7 business days. Standard Ground usually takes 3-5 business days, 2nd Business Day is delivered on the 2nd business day after the order has been placed (if placed before 3 p.m. Pacific Time). Next Business Day is delivered on the next business day (if placed before 3 p.m. Pacific Time). Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order for Economy and Standard Ground orders. Note: Weekends and holidays (e.g. December 24, 25, or January 1) are not counted as business days.

New World Horizons, LLC DBA Nothing But What ("NBW") created this web site Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") in order to ensure the confidence of visitors and customers ("Users") of and to our www.NothingButWhat.net web site (the "Site"), and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy.

While we are confident that our perfect record will stand, we will reimburse you if you do have a legitimate complaint of unauthorized use, according to the guidelines below.
In adherence to the Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card provider can only hold you liable for up to $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your credit card provider holds you liable for an amount up to $50.00, NothingButWhat.net will reimburse you that amount. NothingButWhat.net will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at NothingButWhat.net. What personal information does Nothing But What gather and what do you do with it?
Order Information: While you may browse our web site completely anonymously, in order for you to order and for us to ship an order to you, we must collect the following items which we consider personal information:

- The shipping destination name & address so we know where to ship your order.
- The billing name & address for payment verification purposes.
- Your e-mail address for notification purposes and optionally for newsletters (opt-in).
- Your phone number, in case we need to follow-up.
- A password to create an account for you (optional step) so you can track your orders.
- Credit card details if selected as method of payment. This information is deleted later. Customers who wish to pay with BillMeLater must provide the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and your date of birth. This information is collected and used only for BillMeLater and is deleted later.
- Customers who wish to pay with electronic checks through Telecheck must provide a routing number, checking account number, driver's license number, and a driver's license state. This information is used only for processing electronic checks and is deleted later.
The Nothing But What Newsletter.
If you want to receive e-mail newsletters from Nothing But What with updates on sales, promotions and new arrivals, you must subscribe. You can subscribe to the Nothing But What newsletter using a link on the home page or by creating an account.

We offer specialty newsletters created for customers with interests in specific age groups, brands, categories and promotions. When we launch a new specialty newsletter, we may e-mail it to you if you already subscribe to the Nothing But What newsletter and if your buying patterns indicate that the information might interest you.

Each newsletter prominently displays a link you can use to unsubscribe at any time. We also include the e-mail address you used when you signed up for the newsletter, so you know which address to enter when you unsubscribe.
From time to time Nothing But What features contests or special promotions. To participate, you must enter your name and e-mail address. We use your e-mail address to contact you only if you win the contest or special promotion. We add your e-mail address to our customer newsletter mailing list when you sign up for a contest.
Creating a WishList
You may use our WishList to create a list of favorite products and to send e-mails to your friends. Which technologies do you employ to protect my personal information?

There are very few staff members who have access to your personal information. Our back office systems are very secure and access to personal information is only granted to people who handle customer accounts for ordering and returns purposes.
What about children's privacy?
Nothing But What does not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parent consent. Our birthday club only collects a first name and a birth date (without a birth-year) for children. Associated e-mail addresses should be for adults, such as parents, guardians or other family members and not for the child in question. If you feel you have submitted what could be considered personal information for a person less than 13 years of age, please send us an email, and we will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from our databases and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required by law). If you child subscribes to one of our e-mail subscriptions such as our Newsletters or Birthday Club services without your knowledge, follow the unsubscribe instructions contained within our e-mails and unsubscribe immediately. Are you using 'Cookies'? What do you use them for?
We currently use two kinds of Cookies:

1) One Cookie generated by Nothing But What is to track the state your shopping experience is in and to protect you when using a computer that is shared with more than one person. We do not store any sensitive information inside the Cookie.

Can I turn the use of 'Cookies' off and still shop on Nothing But What?
Unfortunately, the answer is 'no'. While you may browse the entire web site without the use of Cookies, currently you must have cookies enabled to order products from Nothing But What.
Are you tracking my shopping behavior?
Our web site and newsletters have so-called Action Tags bembedded in them. They allow us to see which methods of marketing work best and allow us to calculate the ROI (Return On Investment) for each method used. We do not engage in unethical marketing methods. In addition, we don't use these Action Tags to track individual shopping behavior and do not associate this information with individuals (customers) but rather use aggregate data to make decisions in terms of which marketing methods to use.
Do you send out so called 'spam' or allow anyone else to send me unsolicited e-mail?
The answer is simply 'no'. We do not send out unsolicited e-mail, nor do we make your e-mail address or other personal information available to other parties for the purpose of marketing. People that receive our e-mails and newsletters have opted-in through our web site in most cases. If your e-mail address is on our e-mail list and you no longer wish to receive any newsletters from us, just follow the instructions at the bottom of the e-mail to unsubscribe.
